By Mr. Smith of Everett (by request), a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3019) of Ron Keohan for legislation to exclude the value of land in assessing certain real estate with increased or decreased value.  Revenue.

An Act relating to supplemental real estate taxes.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 2D of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as so appearing is hereby amended by adding the words "excluding the value of the land" after the words "50 per cent" in paragraph one and paragraph seven.
